Workshops and Open Forums Ms. Levison provides education, awareness, and insight to tweens, teens, and their families.  Amanda Levison, MS, LMHC,  is available to  speak at local high schools, youth groups, synagogues, and with sports teams about Eating Disorders, Awareness, Prevention, and Proper Nutrition. Individual seminars are prepared to focus toward specific ages, genders, and parents, to help promote health and wellness, and provide printed material, healthy snacks, and easy-to-do recipes. Being that eating disorders have the highest mortality rate of any mental illness and it is estimated that only 1 in 10 people with eating disorders receive treatment, Amanda helps to explain the prevalence of eating disorders, prevention, and proper steps to help an individual who may suffer with such a disorder.  She approaches the topic in a sensitive manor and opens a question and answer forum.
